drink in addition to eating water increases, the success of a reduced calorie diet

In a study of 42 obese adults over 12 weeks, the efficacy of two calorie-reducing diets was examined. The only difference between the two diets was the fact that the people in a group also drink before each main meal 500 ml of water had to. Those in the "water group showed a greater after 12 weeks by 44 percent weight loss than the comparison group received the same calorie-restricted diet. An additional high water intake results in a reduced-calorie diet, therefore a further reduction of energy intake. It is noteworthy that this effect is maintained for a total of 12 weeks. It therefore seems not to get used to the high fluid intake to come.

Conclusion: two drinking glasses of water right before breakfast, lunch and enjoyed dinner, a low calorie diet even more successful.
